Keith McLean

President and CEO

As interim President and CEO of HA International, Keith McLean has over 30 years of varied foundry expertise. Keith is an accomplished executive leader and directs all aspects of the business including coordination for the board of directors and interaction with our parent company's executive management.

Keith comes to HA International from Borden Chemical, Inc., where he was Vice President - Business Director of the foundry business. Keith joined Borden in 1988 in the sales and marketing management arena and in 1997 was elevated to VP - Business Director. He has also served as a director of Gun Ei/Borden, a Japanese joint venture of Borden Chemical and Gun Ei Chemical Industries.

Prior to joining Borden, Keith was with QO Chemicals, formally The Quaker Oats Company, for twelve years. He performed in a variety of challenging positions leading to national sales manager of foundry products. Keith is active in the American Foundry Society (AFS), and Casting Industry Suppliers Association (CISA). He has held various industry positions including member of the board of directors for both of these trade associations.

Keith holds a MBA from Northwestern University and a BA from the University of Illinois.


Kenneth Suchodolski

Executive Vice President Sales & Marketing

As Executive Vice President – Sales & Marketing, Ken Suchodolski has worked in the Foundry Industry for over 30 years in both manufacturing at General Motors and various technical sales and management positions within HA International, LLC. In his current role as EVP Sales & Marketing Ken directs all Sales, Field Service, Customer Service and Marketing activities.  He also has direct responsibility for all sales in Mexico.

Ken previously worked at Borden Chemical, Inc in a variety of technical sales and sales management positions.  He joined Borden Chemical in 1982 and in 2002 was promoted to the position of Sales Manager – Automotive & Mexico.

Prior to joining Borden Chemical, Ken held various manufacturing and process control management positions at General Motors Chevrolet Saginaw Grey Iron Plant for 9 years.

Ken is also an active member of the American Foundry Society (AFS) and has held Director positions in the Saginaw Valley and Detroit Chapters.

Ken attended Lawrence Institute of Technology and Saginaw Valley State University. 


Michael Feehan

Vice President Manufacturing & Supply Chain

As Vice President - Manufacturing & Supply Chain for HA International, Mike Feehan brings over 20 years of operations expertise.  In this role Mike directs all internal manufacturing, supply arrangements with Hexion Inc., our US partner, and coordination of all supply chain initiatives by the business teams.

Mike comes to HA International from Borden Chemical, Inc., where, in his latest position, he was supply chain operations manager for a $500 million division.  Mike joined Borden in 1991, as plant manager of Toledo, OH, and later as plant manager of Oregon, IL, now both HA International facilities.  He has also had the opportunity to gain experience as the marketing manager for foundry resins.

Prior to Borden, Mike spent 7 years at General Alum & Chemical in Toledo, Ohio, a producer of liquid aluminum sulfate for use in paper manufacturing, water treatment, and wastewater treatment.  Mike progressed through several challenging roles including process engineering, tech service, engineering manager, plant manager and director of operations.

Mike received his MBA from Bowling Green State University, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toledo.


Michael Richardson

Vice President Research & Development

As Vice President - Research & Development for HA International, Michael Richardson provides over 17 years of experience in the chemical industry. Michael is responsible for leading the R&D staff of HA International to balance short and long-range research efforst with urget, immediate customer needs.

Michael comes to HA International from Crane Composites where he served as Director of Research & Development. Prior to Crane, Michael worked as a R&D leader at Sherwin Williams for high performance reactive coatings. He has also spent a significant amount of time working globally in the semiconductor industry while at Cabot Microelectronics.

Michael is trained as an organic polymer chemist with experience in synthesis and characterization of a number of thermoset and thermoplastic polymeric materials. He earned a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry and Engineering from the University of Southern Mississippi and a BS in Textile Chemistry from Auburn University.
