Group Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance for Employees and their Families
You’ll receive basic Life Insurance coverage in the amount of two times your annual base pay at no cost to you. You also have the opportunity to purchase additional (supplemental) Life Insurance and AD&D coverage for yourself, your spouse/domestic partner and your children.
Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance
Disability Insurance is an income replacement benefit that is payable to you in the event you are unable to work because of illness or injury. This coverage is provided at no cost to you.

401(k) Employee Savings Plan & Company Match
With HA-International, you'll be eligible to take part in the 401(k) Plan to assist you in your retirement planning. The 401(k) Plan is an active, voluntary savings plan in which you make pre-tax contributions out of your pay check to your own retirement account. HA-International matches up to 5% of your income deposited using this plan.
Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a voluntary, confidential, professional counseling service designed to provide you and your eligible dependents with counseling for personal and work related problems. This benefit is free to all eligible associates and requires no enrollment.
Tuition assistance for job-related training is available for both undergraduate and graduate study upon approval from your supervisor.
